What if a resident accidentally breaks or loses something from a box?
There's no charge for normal accidently breaks or loses. We just ask that you let us know what happened. We understand accidents happen—we accept one or two incidents without issue. However, if items are consistently going missing or being damaged, a small additional fee may apply to your account.
How many boxes or games will my facility receive each month?
The number depends on how many residents are in your activity group. Each box and game is labeled with the recommended number of players. We also offer Mix and Match options, so you can customize your selection to fit your residents' preferences and group sizes.
